Ingredients: 1 Pound(s) lumb crabmeat 2 eggs, beater 1/4 1/4 bunch scallions 2 Tablespoon(s) mayonnaise 1/4 Teaspoon(s) mustard 2 cloves garlic, minced 1/4 Cup(s) lemon juice 1/2 Teaspoon(s) dry mustard 3/4 Teaspoon(s) Old Bay 1/2 Teaspoon(s) onion powder 1/4 Teaspoon(s) ground chipotle pepper 1/4 Teaspoon(s) cajun seasoning 3/4 Teaspoon(s) baking powder 2 Tablespoon(s) bread crumbs |
Directions:
Combine all wet ingrdients except crab meat, mix well. Add dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mix well. Let mixture sit for 20 minutes. Add crab meat to the mixture. Mix well. Portion into 4 cakes. Dust with bread crumbs seasoned with salt, pepper, and Old Bay.
Place on baking sheet and bake in 400 degree oven for 20 minutes, flipping cakes over once during cooking. |
