Ingredients:
1 Package(s) Cheese filled Tortellini (250g)
4 Chopped Carrots
1 Chopped White Onion
3 Medium Tomatoes
1 Can(s) Black Beans
1 Teaspoon(s) Garlic Minced
1 Teaspoon(s) Basil
1 Bay Leaf
3 Cup(s) Vegetable Stock
1 Salt & Pepper to Taste
2 Tablespoon(s) Olive Oil
Directions:
1. Heat oil to medium, and cook the carrots, onion, garlic, and tomatoes. Add in basil and bay leaf. Cook for 10 minutes until carrots are soft.

2. Add in soup stock, and bring to a boil.

3. Add in Tortellini, and cook on medium for 8 to 10 minutes.

4. Add in the beans and simmer for 2 to 3 minutes. Then serve.
