Directions:
In a deep saucepan, brown ground beef in olive oil over medium high heat.
Add onion and garlic. Cook until onion is transparent, about 5 min.
Add crushed tomatoes and seasonings. Bring to a boil, then lower heat and simmer until ready to serve.
To serve combine macaroni and chili. Top with shredded cheese. |
