Ingredients:
1 1/2 Pound(s) Lean Ground Sirloin
1 Tablespoon(s) Olive Oil
1 medium onion chopped
4 Cloves Garlic
1 Can(s) Crushed Tomatoes (crushed)
3 Tablespoon(s) Chili Powder
1 Tablespoon(s) Ground Cumin
6 drops hot souce
1/2 Pound(s) elbow macaroni cooked
1 Cup(s) shredded mexican cheese
1 Teaspoon(s) Salt
1 Teaspoon(s) Pepper
Directions:
In a deep saucepan, brown ground beef in olive oil over medium high heat.
Add onion and garlic. Cook until onion is transparent, about 5 min.

Add crushed tomatoes and seasonings. Bring to a boil, then lower heat and simmer until ready to serve.

To serve combine macaroni and chili. Top with shredded cheese.
