Ingredients:
2 Pound(s) large shrimp peeled and deveined
3 Tablespoon(s) olive oil
6 Garlic Cloves minced
1 Cup(s) dry white wine
1 Can(s) crushed tomatoes (28 oz)
8 Ounce(s) feta cheese
1 Pinch(s) Black Pepper
2 Tablespoon(s) chopped fresh oregano (2 to 3 ) sprigs
1 handful flat leaf parsley
1 Pound(s) Penne Pasta
1 Crusty Italian Bread for table
Directions:
Remove tails from shrimp and discard.

Heat olive oil in deep skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and saute 1 to 2 minutes, until garlic speaks.

Add wine and reduce by half. Add tomatoes and bring to a simmer. Add feta and stir constantly, until cheese melts into sauce. Add black pepper and oregano, stir to combine, and add raw shrimp. Cover and cook 5 minutes, stirring ocasionally, until shrimp are pink and firm.

Add parsley and cooked, drained pasta to the shrimp and sauce and serve immediately.
