Directions:
Remove tails from shrimp and discard.
Heat olive oil in deep skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and saute 1 to 2 minutes, until garlic speaks.
Add wine and reduce by half. Add tomatoes and bring to a simmer. Add feta and stir constantly, until cheese melts into sauce. Add black pepper and oregano, stir to combine, and add raw shrimp. Cover and cook 5 minutes, stirring ocasionally, until shrimp are pink and firm.
Add parsley and cooked, drained pasta to the shrimp and sauce and serve immediately. |
