Directions:
First Part:
Combine: 8oz cream cheese; 1 egg; 1/3 cup sugar; 1/8 teaspoon salt. Beat well and stir in one package (12 oz) chocolate chips.
Second Part:
Combine: 1 1/2 cup flour; 1 cup sugar; 1/4 cup cocoa; 1 teaspoon baking soda; 1/2 teaspoon salt; 1 cup water; 1/3 cup cooking oil; 1 tablespoon vinegar; 1 teaspoon vanilla. Beat well.
Line mini muffin tins w/paper liners.
Fill 2/3 full with part 2 mixture.
Drop 1 teaspoon of part 1 mixture on top.
Bake at 350 degrees for 19 minutes.
Refrigerate and eat when cold.
Makes 4 dozen. |
