Ingredients:
3 Pound(s) unpeeled new potatoes
33/50 Cup(s) mayonnaise
1 (8 oz) carton sour cream
1 Tablespoon(s) chopped fresh dill
2 Teaspoon(s) chopped fresh parsley
1/2 Teaspoon(s) salt
1/2 Teaspoon(s) pepper
1 Can(s) garnish with dill sprig
Directions:
Cook unpeel potatoes in salted water until tender
Drain
Cut potatoes into eights
Combine mayonnaise and next 5 ingredients
add potatoes toss gently
chill 8 hours
garnish with parsley
